“Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God.”   ~ 1 Corinthians 2:12

How does purchasing An Almighty God? include you in this anti slavery partnership, you ask?

Our book is about God, our Creator, Provider, and Lover of our souls - not about human trafficking.... But isn't He the foremost Defender of humans, whom He created in His own image?

It only makes sense that a book meant to bring Him glory should strive to demonstrate love for the pinnacle of His creation.

 12.5% of this book's proceeds helps Faith Comes By Hearing as they record and freely provide Scripture in every language that needs it – having the year 2033 as its goal date.

 12.5% of this book's proceeds helps the Haitian Christian Foundation, whose mission it is “to prepare selected students to be servant evangelists to spread the gospel of Christ, and to minister to the needs of the Haitian people in the Spirit and likeness of Christ.”

 12.5% of this book's proceeds helps Exodus Cry, whose "strategies are designed to assist, empower, and help bring freedom to those who have been victimized [by the commercial sex industry], while also fighting to uproot the larger system of injustice and exploitation that made it possible."

Any endeavor to help save victims of human trafficking makes you part of this anti slavery partnership

There are many effective ways to get involved.

First educate yourself on this issue. Then, you can get creative using your own set of skills and talents. Are you a teacher? Can you write? Do you speak/read/understand a second language? Maybe you're a doctor... a construction crew member... a soldier. Are you able to donate time? Money? Energy?

Here are a few suggestions to prompt your thinking!

  • Find an organization and volunteer.
  • Use social media.
  • Write Congress.
  • Join a peaceful protest.
  • Build a webpage.
  • Paint a picture and put it somewhere that people will see it.
  • Buy my book.

Anti slavery partnership doesn't have to mean politics... but it can.

Yes, it may seem daunting, but do you use email? You could send out a quick one, and your effort might be more impactful than you can imagine.

Are you aware of bills that are currently in congress? If one (or more) of them relate to ending human trafficking, let your elected officials know that you want them to act now.

I found some pertinent information online:

“Congressional staffers keep a tally of every issue that voters call, write and email the leader about. This information goes into a weekly report that is viewed by the Congressional leader. Your one email will get the issue or bill on the leaders radar.”

Great to know, right?
